Hanke was studying too hard!

From the Projo.com

We overlooked them a little bit but they’re a good team,” said senior center Randall Hanke. “I think it’s always tough after exams. You’re up late, trying to do well and it takes a lot out of you. I only had two [tests] but you put in a lot of time.

Well it’s good to hear that Randall doesn’t have a case of senioritis accademically.

I think its a reasonable excuse though.  When I attended Providence I had some pretty tough final studying sessions, and I didn’t have to worry about basketball practices during the day.  The only games I had to worry about were intense FIFA matches on PlayStation ONE — and I was so good I didn’t need to practice!

Since Hanke and the Friars were able to dominate in the 2nd half and come back to win, I’m willing to forget about the first half and move on.
