Kahari Beaufort, a 6-4 combo guard from the class of 2014, announced on Twitter that he will be attending Providence’s Late Night Madness this coming Friday.
Looks like I will he attending providence midnight madness next week #providence
The Connecticut native is ranked in the top 50 in various publications, and has some ties to the UConn program. He was originally planning on attending UConn’s midnight madness, but changed his mind in favor of Ed Cooley. Get used to that, Huskies! Beaufort is the first known recruit to be attending the festivities so far, which will certainly focus on members of the 2014 class. Here is a highlight tape from last year of Beaufort.
Here is an interview with him from over the summer.
Beaufort has offers from Providence, Drexel, Baylor, and Miami so far, but has Pittsburgh, Iowa, Rutgers, UConn, and Fordham according to the New England Recruiting Report.
